Black and white prints are printed on Epson series printers using the Epson 2200 and the Epson 7600 on photo enhanced paper or better using archival inks. This type of printing is called Giclee printing. Giclee (jhee-clay) - Derived from the french verb gicler meaning to squirt. The term giclee print typically connotes a certain elevation in printmaking technology. Images are high resolution digital scans printed with archival quality inks onto high quality archival papers. The giclee process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction.

Another tremendous advantage to Giclee printing is that artwork can be reproduced to almost any size and on various media, giving the us the ability to customize prints for a specific client. While our prices are in standard sizes on the web site, we can make custom sized prints.

We can print most of the images in our database in black and white, sepia tone and duo tone prints. Not all photographs translate into black and white well. We will expirement and present a series of black and whites in a concept for you to chose from.
