The apartment is situated on its own terraced level on a hillside mini estate in Sausalito’s desirable Sun Belt. You arrive at your front door after walking through several beautiful and fragrant garden areas.

Wild birds and garden creatures are regular visitors in this paradise. Annie, everyone’s favorite terrier, and Max, a friendly orange tabby, patrol the grounds. While they remain respectful of the privacy of the apartment occupants, they are more than happy to receive loving pats from a friendly neighbor.
